We sponsor screenings and seminars; host the Annie Awards- animation's highest honor; preserve films in danger of being lost to time, support animation education and journalism; and maintain an archive, library and museum of animation in Burbank, CA. Dec 1st: Jerry Beck's Hanna-Barbera Treasury Book Signing
Author book signing event featuring Animation Historian Jerry Beck's newest book "The Hanna-Barbera Treasury"... a collection of rare art and mementos from your favorite Hanna-Barbera classic cartoons. This author appearance and book signing event is being held on Saturday, December 1, 2007 in Sherman Oaks, California.
Van Eaton Galleries is thrilled to present an author appearance and book signing event featuring renowned animation historian Jerry Beck and his newest book "The Hanna-Barbera Treasury". Jerry Beck has done it again in his newest book "The Hanna-Barbera Treasury". From Boo Boo to Bam-Bam, this book is the ultimate cartoon scrapbook featuring all your favorite Hanna-Barbera cartoons. Inside you will find removable facsimiles, colorful reproductions, sketches, original color keys, animation cels and so much more! Also on display throughout the gallery will be original artwork from the book. Come meet Jerry and see why this book is a must have for any animation fans young and old.

JERRY BECK is a well known animation historian, and author of 10 books on animation and the cinema, including Looney Tunes: The Ultimate Visual Guide and The 50 Greatest Cartoons. He is a frequent contributor to Leonard Maltin's Movie Guide, as well as such popular magazines as Variety, Hollywood Reporter and the online Cartoon Brew.
